For this assignment, I photographed animals at the Franklin Park Zoo. Each photo captures the animals personalities perfectly and to do this, I had to take pictures of them while they were in the middle of their daily routine. For the pictures with the gorilla, it shows the playfulness of the animal entertaining itself with the red ball. Christopher the lion stands above everyone with a sense of pride atop his rock. The peacock and the birds show how bright and colorful they are in their environment, along with the sense of taking flight and freedom. The sly, green snake is right next to the fun loving camel. Lastly, the playful, jovial, and curious lemurs peer off looking at others. To compose the interesting photos, I thought of the different actions the specific animals would be doing. The angle and point of view helps show the size of the animal in relation to its surrounding environment. The background of each photograph truly depicts where they live and in what conditions they live in. Each photo strongly represents each of the unique animals and their own, very different, personalities.
